A lot of those cooking channels say to use parchment paper. I use good'ol wax paper and all works great! Wax paper is much cheaper too ;-) Wrap'em and freeze'em.......that's as good as it get's folks :-)!!

Ice cream cookie sandwiches
Oh YUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!! The only thing I will change next time is the cookie I make. Next time, my cookie will have chocolate in it, NO DOUBT! These didn't last a whole 48 hours in my house. Not joke. I'm not even going to share my sugar cookie recipe with you. Use your own cookie recipe, no matter what it is and enjoy!
